Air Mail Small Packet – All shipments outside of Canada

Standard shipping - Shipments within Canada. Average 2-4 business days.

For a Timely Delivery…

• Please ensure your address is correct
• Include apartment/suite number, if applicable
• Include a valid email address
• Select correct shipping option for your location
• Include your telephone number. We will not contact you, however this will be helpful for UPS/Postal drivers in the event they are having difficulties delivering your parcel
• Please include any special instructions you would like to include on your parcel (example: sidedoor).

Notes

US & Canada: we do not ship to post office boxes.

Customers may use a different “bill to” and “ship to” address when ordering.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generated and available within Canada only. If you are an international customer, there is no tracking available at this time.

COSTS

Cost Calculation

Shipping values found on our site are an average cost of the three components of shipping: base rate + fuel surcharge + residential surcharge. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Customs/Duty/VAT (Value Added Tax)

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional fees/taxes incurred when importing our product. Customs rules vary significantly from one country to the next. It is the responsibility of the buyer to educate themselves as to how their local Customs regulations will be applied to their incoming order. Biolanyn Skin Care will not refund customers who refuse/return parcels due to any additional fees/taxes that are required to be paid in order to receive their parcel.

Please note, by law, we are required to declare the 'actual' value of your product purchase on Customs documents.
