Tracking your package
Tracking of your package is only available for shipments to the following destinations:

Continental USA, Canadian provinces,
plus Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

For anticipated air mail delivery times to other destinations, plus information on locating misplaced air mail packages, please see 2D on our shipping details page.  We regret we cannot provide any additional delivery information other than that shown.


Where is my tracking email
?
If you have not received the 'tracking' email (view an example here) generated by the UPS system, please verify the following before contacting our shipping department:

  • that tracking is available for your destination (see above).

  • that you provided a valid email address at the time of order.

  • that you have checked your junk mail or spam folder for your tracking email.


Overdue packages
 
For packages that are overdue more than 6 business days to the US and Canada, and more than 6 weeks to all other destinations, please contact our shipping department
