Shipping Details

1. Delivery Methods:
Delivery to the 48 continental US states + 10 Canadian provinces is by UPS Ground courier or by UPS Next Morning (Canada only).  Delivery to all other destinations, including International, is as stated in section 2 below.  

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  We require a physical destination such as your residence, company, government office, organization, etc. for your SHIP TO address.  Your BILLING Address, however, may be a PO Box address.

2. How long will it take my Biolanyn to reach me?
Delivery times [ not including ship day ]:
A.   We ship most North American orders by UPS ground courier.  Typical delivery time for this service is 4-6 'business' days.
B.   'Next Morning' EXPRESS shipments to the 10 Canadian provinces are delivered Monday through Friday only, but ONLY if we have received your order by 9 am EST the previous 'business' day. There is an additional charge over our standard UPS ground rates for EXPRESS service.
C.   Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are shipped by UPS Air Courier.  Typical delivery time for this service is 1-2 'business' days.
D.   All other destinations are shipped by Air Mail.  Allow a minimum delivery time of six (6) weeks to 'most' destinations outside of North America.  Expect additional delivery time for smaller international cities and 'rural' destinations. For misplaced package inquiries to your local post office tell them your package is WHITE, 6" x 6" x 6", from Attogram Corp. in Canada, with a customs tag labelled 'skin cream'.

Important Notes:
1. We do not SHIP or DELIVER your order on Saturday or Sunday. These are not considered 'business' days.
2. We cannot be held liable for ANY 'delays' in your shipment caused by statutory or civic holidays, business closures, extreme weather conditions, or delays caused by customs officials.

3. Are DUTY, CUSTOMS or VAT charges included in the price of Biolanyn product?
NO!  Duty, customs or VAT charges vary wildly from country to country based on the retail value that we 'declare' on the customs documents.  Consequently, they cannot be 'included' in the selling price of our products. Thankfully - duty, customs and VAT are not assessed on your shipping costs.

Note: We cannot 'change' the declared value on the package, as some people have requested. If we do, we might have 'import' restrictions placed on our product.

4. How long after receipt of order do you ship my Biolanyn?
Orders are usually shipped within one (1) business day after we receive your order.  Note: Sometimes, inexplicably, the credit card company may delay sending your Biolanyn order to Attogram Corp. in a 'timely' manner.  This means that an order placed by you on Tuesday, for example, may not reach us until possibly Thursday. These delays are beyond Attogram's control.

5. In what currency are the shipping rates?
All shipping rates are in US funds.

6. Are shipping costs refundable, if I request a refund?
Attogram Corp., the makers of Biolanyn, will refund your full product purchase (less the
cost of shipping) once your refund has been approved.
